Victorian and Edwardian terraces (Chorlton, Didsbury, Levenshulme, Longsight, Hulme) — Typically narrow kitchens, often in galley or L-shape layouts. Made-to-order units mean a seamless fit from wall to wall.

Mill conversions and warehouse apartments (Ancoats, Salford, Castlefield, Piccadilly) — Open-plan living with the kitchen as a focal point. My handleless and slab ranges look genuinely high-end in these spaces.

1930s semis (Stockport, Wigan, Leigh, Eccles, Sale) — Greater Manchester has a huge amount of 1930s semi-detached housing. These kitchens are often a good size and benefit enormously from a properly fitted, rigid-built kitchen.

Large detached homes (Altrincham, Hale, Wilmslow, Bramhall, Cheadle Hulme) — These properties often have generous kitchen-diner spaces. Island units, larder towers, and full-height wall cabinets all work well in these layouts.

City centre apartments (Deansgate, Northern Quarter, Spinningfields, MediaCityUK) — Developer kitchens are often the first thing buyers replace. Rigid-built units are a significant upgrade.

New-build estates (Salford Quays, Trafford, Leigh, Wigan) — Made-to-order means you can get exactly the kitchen you want, not what the developer chose to install.
