I’m Steve, and I supply rigid-built, made-to-order kitchen units to homes across Sheffield from my small showroom in Oldham. Sheffield is about 45 minutes from us — close enough that I know the city well, and close enough that delivery is straightforward.
Sheffield is a city that values honesty and straight talking. It’s got a proud working-class heritage and people here don’t appreciate being messed around. That suits me perfectly, because that’s exactly how I run my business. You get a clear price, a quality product, and no nonsense. No trade card required, no confusing discount models, no builder’s markup.
The housing stock in Sheffield is as varied as any major city. Stone-built Victorian terraces in Broomhill, Walkley, and Crookes, 1930s semis in Hillsborough and Stocksbridge, large detached homes in Dore, Totley, and Fulwood, modern apartments in Kelham Island and the city centre, and new-build estates in Waverley and Mosborough. Every property type has different kitchen requirements — and every one deserves better than flat-pack chipboard.
Every unit I supply uses 18mm Egger or Kronospan carcasses with solid 18mm backs and Blum soft-close hardware as standard. Typically 30–50% cheaper than Howdens — and built to a significantly higher standard.
