Every unit I supply uses 18mm Egger or Kronospan carcasses with solid 18mm backs and Blum soft-close hardware as standard. Typically 30–50% cheaper than Howdens — and built to a significantly higher standard.

Stone-built Victorian terraces (Broomhill, Walkley, Crookes, Sharrow, Nether Edge) — Sheffield’s stone terraces are beautiful, but the kitchens can be narrow and awkward. Made-to-order units mean a seamless fit, whatever the dimensions.

1930s semis (Hillsborough, Stocksbridge, Chapeltown, Gleadless, Woodseats) — Sheffield has a large amount of 1930s semi-detached housing. These kitchens are often a good size and benefit enormously from a properly fitted, rigid-built kitchen.

Large detached homes (Dore, Totley, Fulwood, Ecclesall, Ranmoor) — Generous kitchen-diner spaces that benefit from island units, larder towers, and full-height wall cabinets. Made-to-measure means every inch is used properly.

Modern apartments (Kelham Island, city centre, Castlegate) — Sheffield’s regenerated industrial areas have some fantastic apartment living. My handleless and slab ranges look genuinely high-end in these open-plan spaces.

New-build estates (Waverley, Mosborough, Halfway, Crystal Peaks) — Developer kitchens are often the first thing buyers replace. Rigid-built units are a significant upgrade that adds real value.

Student rental properties (Broomhill, Crookes, Walkley, Ecclesall Road) — Sheffield has two universities and a large student population. Landlords across the city know that a decent kitchen makes a property significantly more lettable.

The shaker ranges are incredibly popular for period properties in Broomhill and Walkley, whereas the slab and handleless doors tend to be the go-to for Kelham Island apartments and newer builds.
