It's simple: a supply-only kitchen supplier provides the cabinets, doors, worktops, and components, but doesn't fit them. You arrange your own fitter or install them yourself.

I'm Steve from SJB Trade Kitchens. We're a supply-only business, and I set it up that way deliberately. By focusing purely on manufacturing and supplying high-quality kitchens, we can offer a better product at a lower price than companies that try to do everything.

Homeowners who already have a fitter: If you've got a trusted kitchen fitter, joiner, or builder, supply-only is the obvious choice. You get the kitchen you want at a better price, and your fitter installs it. Most professional fitters actually prefer working with rigid-built, supply-only kitchens because the quality is consistent and the units arrive ready to hang.

Trade professionals: Builders, joiners, and property developers buy from us regularly. They get trade-quality kitchens at transparent prices without needing a trade card or account.

DIY enthusiasts: If you're handy and want to fit the kitchen yourself, supply-only saves you the cost of installation. Our rigid-built units arrive fully assembled, so there's no flat-pack assembly to deal with.

Anyone who wants to save money: When you buy a kitchen from a showroom that includes fitting, the installation cost is baked into the overall price — and it's usually inflated. By separating supply and fitting, you can shop around for the best price on each.

When you order a supply-only kitchen from us, you get:

Rigid-built cabinets: Every unit is built in our workshop using 18mm Egger or Kronospan board with 18mm backs. They arrive fully assembled and ready to install.

Quality doors: Choose from Painted Shaker (solid wood), Handleless Matt, Handleless Gloss, Slab Matt, Slab Gloss, or Shaker Foil. Our gloss doors are MDF with acrylic coating or lacquered — never vinyl.

Blum soft-close as standard: Every hinge and drawer runner is Blum. No upgrades needed.

Hafele and Kessebohmer hardware: For internal storage solutions like pull-out larders, corner carousels, and waste bins.

Made to order: Custom heights, depths, and widths available. Your kitchen is built to fit your room, not the other way around.

Nationwide delivery: From as little as 10 working days.

As a supply-only business, there are things we don't provide. You'll need to arrange:

Installation: A kitchen fitter, joiner, or builder to install the units. If you need help finding one, we've got a guide on how to find a kitchen fitter.

Plumbing and electrics: A qualified plumber and electrician for connecting appliances, moving pipes, and installing sockets.

Worktops: We can supply worktops, or you can source them separately. Many customers prefer to get worktops templated and fitted locally.

Appliances: Ovens, hobs, extractors, dishwashers — buy these wherever you get the best deal.

When a showroom quotes you for a “fully fitted kitchen,” the fitting cost is hidden in the overall price. You can't see what you're paying for the units and what you're paying for the labour. This makes it impossible to compare quotes properly.

With supply-only, everything is transparent. You see the cost of every unit, every door, every component. Then you get separate quotes for fitting. This way, you're in control of the budget and you can see exactly where your money is going.

Our kitchens are typically 30-50% cheaper than comparable offerings from the big names, and the specification is higher. That's the advantage of buying from a manufacturer who focuses on one thing and does it well.
