Supply Only Kitchens — Supplied Direct to Your Door
Rigid Built Cabinets with Blum Soft Close as Standard
Nationwide Delivery Available

What Does Supply Only Actually Mean?
I’m Steve, and I’ve been in the kitchen trade for over 20 years. I run SJB Trade Kitchens from our showroom in Oldham — I’m a kitchen specialist, not a manufacturer. Supply only means exactly what it says — I supply the kitchen, you arrange the fitting. You get the cabinets, doors, hinges, drawer boxes, plinths, panels, worktops if you want them — everything you need for a complete kitchen, delivered to your door in one delivery. What you don’t get is a fitter bolted on to the price.
That’s not a compromise. It’s a deliberate choice. Most of my customers already have a fitter they trust, or they’re a tradesperson fitting kitchens for their own clients. Either way, you don’t need me to mark up an installation service on top of the product. You just need a properly built kitchen at a fair price, and that’s what I do.
Every unit I supply is rigid-built by our manufacturer — not flat-pack. It arrives at your door fully assembled, square, and ready for your fitter to hang on the wall or slot into place. There’s no assembly on site, no wasted morning spent putting carcasses together, no risk of a wonky cabinet because someone misread the instructions. Your fitter turns up, and the kitchen goes in.
Who Is Supply Only For?
Homeowners with their own fitter. This is the majority of my customers. You’ve found a kitchen fitter you trust — maybe through a recommendation, maybe someone who’s done other work on your house — and you just need the kitchen itself. You don’t want to pay Howdens or Wren prices, and you definitely don’t want the hard sell that comes with a high-street showroom visit. You want to choose your doors, get a clear quote, and crack on.
Self-builders and renovators. If you’re managing your own build or renovation project, you’re already coordinating plumbers, electricians, plasterers, and tilers. The last thing you need is a kitchen company trying to take over the whole process. Supply only lets you keep control. You tell me the sizes, I order the kitchen to those exact specifications, you manage the install on your own timeline.
Trade customers. Joiners, kitchen fitters, builders, property developers — if you’re fitting kitchens for clients, I can supply them at genuine trade prices. No trade card needed, no minimum order, no hoops. Just ring me, tell me what you need, and I’ll get it sorted. I work with tradespeople across the country, and most of them come back because the product is right and the price is straight.
Landlords and property investors. If you’re refitting a rental property or a portfolio of flats, you need something that looks good, lasts well, and doesn’t cost the earth. Rigid-built units with Blum hardware will outlast any flat-pack alternative by years. And because everything is ordered to your exact sizes, non-standard dimensions for awkward rental property layouts are included in the price — no surcharge.
What You Get with Every SJB Kitchen
I don’t do different tiers or “good, better, best” pricing games. Every kitchen I supply comes with the same specification, because I think it’s the right specification. Here’s what’s included as standard:
18mm Egger or Kronospan MFC carcasses. Not 15mm. Not 16mm. Full 18mm board throughout, including 18mm solid backs. This is the same board specification used by premium kitchen brands charging two or three times what I charge. It’s what makes the units genuinely rigid — they don’t flex, they don’t bow, and they don’t fall apart after a few years of daily use.
Blum soft-close hinges and Blum Antaro drawer boxes. Fitted as standard on every unit. Blum is the industry benchmark for kitchen hardware — smooth, quiet, and built to last. They carry a lifetime guarantee from Blum themselves. You won’t find this as standard at Howdens or Wren without paying for an upgrade.
Made to order — any size. Standard industry dimensions are available, but if your space needs something different, I’ll order it made to those exact dimensions. Need a 437mm base unit because that’s what fits between the dishwasher and the wall? No problem. Need taller wall units to make use of high ceilings? Done. Custom sizes are included in the price — there’s no surcharge for bespoke.
Over 300 MFC carcass finishes. White, grey, cream, woodgrain, concrete-effect — whatever suits your project. The carcass colour is included in the price, so you’re not paying extra for a matching interior.
Nationwide delivery in as little as 10 working days. Once your order is confirmed, your kitchen goes into production. Standard lead time is 10 working days. Everything arrives in one delivery — cabinets, doors, handles, plinths, panels, the lot. One order, one delivery, one invoice.
Why Supply Only Saves You Serious Money
The big kitchen companies — Howdens, Wren, Magnet — all bundle fitting into their pricing model, whether you want it or not. Their “sale” prices are designed around a margin that covers showroom rent, sales commissions, and installation teams. When you strip all of that out and just buy the product, the savings are significant.
I typically save my customers 30–50% compared to Howdens for an equivalent or better specification. That’s not a sale price that expires next week. It’s not a “was £12,000, now £6,000” fiction. It’s a genuine, transparent price that stays the same all year round. I don’t run sales because I don’t inflate my prices in the first place.
And because you’re choosing your own fitter, you’re paying a fair local rate for installation rather than whatever markup the kitchen company decides to add. Most of my customers tell me the total cost — kitchen plus fitting — comes in well under what they were quoted by the high street for the kitchen alone.
Kitchen Door Styles Available
I supply six main door ranges, each available in a wide selection of colours and finishes. Click any image below to see the full range and individual product options.
How It Works — From Quote to Kitchen
1. Get in touch. Ring me on 0161 509 4221 or fill in the form at the bottom of this page. Tell me about your project — the room dimensions, the style you’re after, any awkward corners or non-standard requirements. If you’ve got a floorplan or a rough sketch, even better.
2. I’ll put together a full design and itemised quote. You’ll get a clear breakdown of every unit, every door, every handle, every panel. No vague estimates, no “from” prices, no surprises. The price I quote is the price you pay.
3. Confirm your order. Once you’re happy, confirm the order and your kitchen goes into production. Standard lead time is 10 working days from confirmation.
4. Delivery. Everything arrives in one delivery — fully assembled rigid-built carcasses, doors, hardware, plinths, panels, everything. Your fitter can start straight away.
5. Your fitter installs it. I’m supply only, so you use your own fitter. If you need help finding one in your area, I’m happy to point you in the right direction — I work with tradespeople across the country and can usually recommend someone local.
Visit the Showroom
If you’re in Greater Manchester, Cheshire, or anywhere within driving distance, you’re welcome to visit the showroom. It’s at Unit N, Central Trading Estate, Coulton Close, Oldham, OL1 4EB — easy to find, free parking right outside.
I’d always recommend seeing the kitchens in person if you can. Photos and specs only tell you so much. When you’re here, you can open the drawers, feel the weight of the doors, check the quality of the carcass construction, and have a proper conversation about what you need. No sales pressure, no obligation — just an honest look at what you’d be getting.
If you can’t make it to Oldham, that’s absolutely fine. Most of my customers order on the strength of the specification, the reviews, and the quote. I’ll send you samples if you want to see the door finishes before committing, and I’m always on the phone if you’ve got questions.

From Design to Reality: See the Difference
Every SJB kitchen starts with a detailed CAD design so you can see exactly how your finished kitchen will look before a single unit is ordered. Here is what that looks like in practice.

“Steve is absolutely epic! Really nice guy. 100% genuine and to be trusted. Really easy to work with. Could not do enough and always on hand.
The kitchen was amazing quality and the kitchen looked exactly like the images he produced on his computer. The units came ready built which saved a lot of time! Even if you are not a joiner it was really easy to assemble and fit.
The kitchen is great quality and a VERY competitive price! 100% recommended! Thank you so much!”
